The porch on the north and west sides of the building may be reached in two different ways. It is accessible via a short ramp from the sidewalk along Market Street north of the building, but this route contains some gradients that exceed 5 percent. An alternate route has been provided from the east side of Madison Street to an exterior platform wheelchair lift. The entrance to the first floor is located on the west side of the building.
